I'm Kaitlyn, but you can call me Kait.

I was born in Arkansas and moved to Missouri and Florida when I was young due to my dad being in the Air Force. I finally settled down in a little town in the panhandle of Nebraska where I lived for 11 years. I took photography classes and realized my passion for capturing special moments and memories. When I graduated high school, I moved to Buffalo, NY and have been here ever since. I LOVE THIS PLACE. The culture, the people, just... everything. Which automatically turned me into a die hard Bills fan.

I did some random jobs from 2012-2020 that included retail, accounting, and debt collecting. YEP you guessed it! That was not my passion nor where I wanted to be in life. While working a 9-5 job was steady, I was not happy. Then came COVID-19, my world, and everyone else's, was turned upside down. I lost my office job. Little did I know it was a blessing in disguise. I started teaching myself photography and learning from other amazing photographers in the Buffalo area. I made photography my full time job.

I like to say "lets get weird" because, well, having a camera in front of your face and posing isn't natural. Getting weird means letting go, having fun, just hanging out- ya feel?
